Rainbow E-Commerce LTD, also called BizMac is a hosting and IT solutions company based in Vietnam. They offer a variety of services to their customers, including many web hosting solutions. The company has been in business since 2005 and seems to have a good reputation for quality.
On their site they say they have many big name customers including Boeing, Shell, Cisco and others. It doesn’t specify if these companies use them to host their Vietnam based websites or if they use other services, but either way it clearly shows a level of quality.
You’ll get a 99.99% uptime guarantee, which is better than what most other hosting providers are offering today. I looked around to see if they were able to meet this guarantee and from what I’m finding, they are. Nobody on their social media was complaining of downtime or related issues, and on other hosting sites the reviews were quite positive as well.
The features from this company do seem impressive. First, in addition to traditional hosting they offer SEO services including AdWords optimization, website management and more. They also offer domain registration and website creation options. They even have some security features available. All of this is related to their web hosting solutions, but you can pick and choose what you need.
When looking just at their hosting options you’ll see that they have a lot to choose from. You can get a variety of nice hosting packages for shared servers, and all your hosting can be located in Vietnam or Hong Kong. The features within the hosting are limited, but not overly restrictive. The entry level option, for example, gives you 500MB in disk space, and that goes up to 5 gigs for the higher end shared hosting.
They offer Plesk for the control panel by default and you can optionally move to cPanel if you wish. They also have both Linux and Windows servers available. If you choose to move up to VPS or cloud solutions, you’ll have generous web packages for those options as well.
They have 24/7 Tech support available to help you with any problems you’re having. You can get in touch with them via email or live chat. It seems that they also have a ticketing system in place, but they don’t really push that option for some reason. They also have a blog with some useful information, but the content is somewhat limited for self-help options.
When just looking at the hosting prices the company does seem to be quite competitive. This is especially true when you look at all the little extras that you can choose from without having to pay more. Things like the option to choose Plesk or cPanel, for example, normally cost extra with other companies, but it is free here.
While the prices aren’t the lowest I’ve seen, they are quite low.
This company seems to do a very good job providing their customers with good quality hosting at a fair price. They also have a lot of options to choose from so you can get exactly what you need. If you’re looking for hosting in this region of the world, this company should definitely be on your short list.
