Service was OK. I moved on to other things and cancelled my account after a year with them ... and was charged again. Customer service said they'd take care of it but they didn't and I had to contact them again. A year later I was charged again. This time I called my bank and disputed the charge. My bank asked me to contact Bluehost and ask them to refund the charges. When I mentioned to the customer service person that I had sisputed the charges, she told me there was nothing she could do as this was now a 'management issue'. Bluehost responded to my bank that I had requested service and had been charged accordingly. Let the buyer beware.
