We have asked the customer to correct his review, as it does not correspond to the facts.
Our services are provided within 24h to 72h after payment is received in full.
The order and payment (round about 15 EUR) was made on 06.04.2021. The provision and activation of the ordered service was made on 08.04.2021.
Between 06.04.2021 and 08.04.2021 the customer opened THREE tickets.
It seems that this customer is very very impatient.
Also, he does not seem to understand that a scam at 15 EUR makes no sense and the accusation itself is already bullshit.
This has been resolved now, however I would still poorly rate the customer service response as it should not take three tickets to get staff attention.
With any excuse they suspend the hosting service, they sell it as offshore hosting but then they have no advantage over other hostings. At the slightest problem they delete your account without giving you access to the hosting files that you are paying for. They are thieves Evgenij Pjotric is a mobster
The client provided content on his VPS which led to DMCA abuses after less than 24 hours.
We informed the customer of this and due to his reaction (the customer is probably of the opinion that you get a bullet proof VPS for 3 euros a month) we had to block the VPS.
A request to unblock the VPS in order to gain access to his data (which he had uploaded 24 hours before) was initially rejected for security reasons and due to the customer's behaviour.
You are scammers, you promote a supposed offshore hosting when in reality it is the worst VPS in the world. You block the hosting because you feel like it, despite the fact that there is no active DMCA claim on the website because it was deleted before migrating to your hosting. I change the IP of the domain to be able to recover the database and files and they close my account without returning my money!!!!
In my country this is called stealing, cheating and being miserable, you're lucky we're not going to run into each other on the street.
I think everyone who reads this review of this customer knows what is going on here.
The evaluation domain Cloudflare IP is done in real time, also currently the page of the customer is not accessible. (After all, the domain should be working if he changed IP as claimed).
So what do we have here:
- a customer who thinks that he can run an illegal portal on a VPS for 3 EUR/month.
- A customer who threatens
- A customer who then performs a Paypal chargeback with his lies.
Conclusion: For 3 EUR/month nobody gets his fingers dirty and such customers are the cause that offshore hosting becomes more and more rare and above all more expensive!
