Good network quality, even better customer support
I've been using G-Core Lab's Luxembourg and Istanbul location for a few months now. Here are my takeaways:
The Luxembourg VPS was fantastic with absolutely NO network quality issues. Their Istanbul location is also very good compared to other hosting solutions in the country. I had a plan with another hoster in the city and had to cancel because of the abismal link speed (JUST 10/10 MBPS!), G-Core charges the same price for a 200/200 speed and far better quality with 1 TB usage for only 3.5 euros a month.
All of that is nice, but there are other hosters who have good network quality as well, so what makes G-Core special? Two words: customer support. I have NEVER had to wait for more than 1-2 hours to get a response, and in many cases, they respond within the hour. It feels more like a live chat than a ticket system.
As requested by my clients for a more reliable connection between China and Japan, that G-core LAB's Kha VPS got into my eye. Currently, I'm using a downstream of G-core LAB in Kha and rented a VPS in Ams. Good Service!

This is a perfect fit for those who wants to dip their toe into the web development and experience what it feels like to work with remote machine via SSH. I've been renting a VPS for a couple months and so far I haven't noticed any outages which is great. The interface is intuitive and designed in a way that always allows to get everything done in a few clicks. When I switched to VPS after using regular hosting, I didn't know much about iptables and run into an error that I wasn't quite sure how to deal with. I received an immediate reply from the support with detailed explanations of how to solve my problem.
