GoDaddy offers the same key features on all hosting plans. We’re talking unmetered bandwidth, SSD storage, databases, daily backups, free 1-click apps install, free domain and SSL, and free Microsoft 365 mailboxes.
Their WordPress and Ecommerce plans include extra tools for SEO, email marketing, client management software, ads compatibility, and related tools.
Next, let’s look at GoDaddy’s performance. Specifically, we’ll rate GoDaddy’s performance based on three important metrics namely – speed, uptime, and average website loading time. These metrics are absolutely crucial to consider, but what do they mean?
To find out a host’s server speed, we simply look at its “time to first byte” (or TTFB) value, which shows the speed by which the servers can send the first byte of data to a user visiting your website.
A host’s uptime is basically their “online time”, which is how consistently the server stays accessible on the internet within a time period. A higher uptime means less downtime, which bodes well for your website.
Finally, your website’s average load time is how long it takes for a web page to be fully loaded. Fully loaded as in functional (i.e its elements can be clicked)
