The 24/7 live chat has saved me many times and is always very helpful. I wish the domain hosting were included in the reseller so I could set up the domains for clients more easily. Would be nice to be able to invoice clients directly from the reseller account or at least have multiple credit cards for payments from clients. The free SSL is great considering how much others charge. But it is a nuisance to constantly have to regenerate the certifications. This is the 4th hosting provider I have used in 5 years. So far have stayed the longest with them. After the big name ones, this customer service is a dream come true.

Try TMD hosting. IMHO, only inmotionhosting and TMDhosting are running by honest American tech support and salespeople. All my experiences were within good American standards.

I was unfortunately with these Russian bandits for a while until my clients wanted backups of their sites which is a VERY reasonable request, however Green Geeks have deleted such functions from your cpanel or whm I guess to make it very difficult to move to HONEST hosting services. There is NOTHING green about them except their love of Green coupons calle money! they care not for the people who give it to them!
Renewed without my consent at an increased rate and false claims of environmental-friendliness
I was charged a full year's billing rate with increased cost and during the coronavirus pandemic with absolutely no understanding or empathy during the coronavirus for an environmental awareness campaign we did pro bono. For an alleged "environmentally-friendly" host, which is false (they just buy carbon credits, it's fake), they were proposing to keep my $180 and still cancel the service. Stay away.
Green Geeks has been our provider for four years ...of problems. No more....
We have consistently had issues with the staff at Green Geeks and we are now officially off of them and on to Shopify. The last straw was Green Geeks removing the website builder program we had to use to modify our website. They told us that they wouldn't even refund the last year and a half of fees even though they broke the contract and removed our services. They have also consistently misread or played games when it came to fixing the website issues they've caused including having their server hacked on their side which lead to our website collapsing and requiring full rebuild. Shopify has been our new provider for 18 months for our US website and all of our business has been directed there where it's already increased. If you're seriously about making money and having a nice site Green Geeks is green like sewage.
