Hetzner is a hosting company based in Germany. The company appears to have won quite a few awards including the GreenIT best practice award 2011, Bayerns Best 50 in 2012, and EMEA 2012 finalists. That being said, however, their website is very simple and poorly designed, which is unfortunate. They do offer a number of different services that will likely meet your needs, and they have hosting based in Germany, which will be nice for many companies who are targeting that country or anywhere in Europe.
Uptime & Reliability
Not much information on uptime
I looked through their site and could not find any type of uptime guarantee or an approximate history of their uptime. They do seem to use high quality hardware and data center facilities, which will likely limit any issues. When I looked for reviews, and on their social media pages I did not find any indication that they are having any significant issues. There was one person who commented that his site was down, but no matter how good the hosting is, you will have at least a few people complaining.
Plenty of hosting options
This company offers basic shared hosting, VPS and dedicated hosting options (if you looking for WordPress hosting, click here). They also have colocation options, domain registration and more. Most of the features in each package they offer are fairly standard. One really weird thing about their packages is they offer them based on levels, but not in a normal way. For example, the entry level package is Level 1, but the next step up is Level 4 and then they jump to Level 9. This just makes the whole thing more confusing than is needed. There are limits on disk space and transfer volume, though bandwidth does become unlimited after the level 1 package. Most everything you could want in a package will be included at no extra charge, which is nice.
Good quality support features
This company has a lot of options when it comes to getting the support you need. You can email them directly, or use their ’email support robot’ which can answer many issues. THey also have a lot of documentation avaialble to help you with self-service. If you want to talk to a real person, they have a ticketing system that gets quick responses. Overall, they do a good job of supporting the hosting that they provide.
Fair pricing model
The prices are in Euros and are pretty much either in line with industry standards or slightly lower. Level 1 starts at 1.90 Euro per month, and then the highest level of shared hosting is $19.90 Euro per month. This includes the 19% VAT, which makes the pricing even more acceptable. Overall, however, there is not much to complain about regarding their pricing structure.
Overall nice hosting option
When you look at their site you may think that they are a very basic/simple hosting company because of the design. It looks like they created the website years ago and never had it updated. Once you get past that, however, you can see that they offer a good service at a fair price. If you are looking for German based hosting, this isn’t a bad option to consider. Pros:

Très déçu du service en général. La façon dont les prix sont affichés est faite pour tromper le client. Pour ma part, j'ai loué un serveur à 47,41€ pile, et Hetzner s'est bien arrangé pour que LA MISE EN PLACE de la machine coûte aussi exactement 47,41€. Bien entendu c'était affiché d'une façon dont on croit payer 47,41€ euros qu'une seule fois. Même après avoir pris contacte avec le service client, rien à faire je dois payer les 100€. De plus, notez bien que l'annulation de la machine doit être faites 30 JOURS à l'avance, sinon quoi vous devrez biensur payer les mois suivant. J'accepte effectivement ma faute car apparemment cela est noté quelque part sur la site, mais malgré le fait qu'on n'utilise pas dutout le serveur, on se retrouve obligé à payer le serveur. J'essaye encore une fois de contacter le service client, où l'on me dit bien "Non, ne pensez pas que vous allez avoir un serveur gratuit pendant le prochain mois", complètement inutile, et à la limite de l'accusation j'imagine. Bref je suis forcer de payer le prochain mois, malgré les efforts pour essayer d'annuler la facture. (Sachant que c'est bien précisé que des procédures judiciaires sont prises en charges en cas de non payement) En gros, très déçu du service en général, essayant biensur de maximiser les profits (ce qui est normal pour une entreprise, je tiens juste à vous prévenir de leur façon de faire) et un service client mauvais.

In some cases, the setup fee and the monthly fee are the same number. I can understand how that might be lost in translation. So for the EX servers, if you scroll down to "Terms", you will also see "Cancellation period", and "30 days to the end of the month". You could write a thread in the "Marktplatz" of the Forum, saying 'I have a [xx] server. Would anyone like me to transfer it to them? I will transfer the server to you for €xx.xx. The server is paid until [date].' And then other customers who are interested in the server can contact you. You can use Robot to set up the server transfer. In this way, you can get some money back. You don't cancel the server. After the transfer is done, the other customer is responsible for the server and for paying all future invoices. Hello, this website must be reported to the competent authorities in germany. This website is complicit in a pedophile website and harassment, after having reported DMCA and abuse on their platform, or by increasing the requests to stop working with sites like tutturu or caracal which sees children naked on internet, they just blocked / censored / not answered me, these people deserve jail as much as these sites. In addition, they close users' accounts for no reason because they believe they have a lot of abuse, even though they know their machine (s) are being used for DDOS, pedophilia viewing and harassment.

Extrêmement flexible, on peut rescaller vps a la demande, ajouter ou supprimer, on paye que pour ce qu'on utilise. Pareil avec Volumes ou même storage-boxes attaches au serveur. VPS sont plus que corrects, plus performants que majorité de plus chers.
Par où commencer ? Par le manque inquiétant de dialogue de leur part, de grandes actions suspectes et travaillant avec des sociétés déjà reconnu comme malveillante. Risque fort de partage de base de données.

J'ai commandé 3 dédiés après avoir payer déjà 20€ pour vérifier mon compte, après 24h toujours rien je contacte leur support et 2h après je suis banni carrément ! Et ils ne m'ont pas remboursé. A voir ce que va donner le litige sur PayPal. Ne perdez pas votre temps.
