Wir nutzen seit Monaten das Festnetz: Internet und Telefon. Die Zuverlässigkeit ist sehr hoch und bei Ausfällen wird man genügend informiert. Dies ist wichtig weil wir einen Brandmeldeanschluss betreiben. Kürzlich wollte ich aber ein Support Ticket lösen und habe - weil die ^Sache etwas peinlich war - keinerlei Reaktion vernommen. Schlecht.
