I've used r3esolution on and off for a few years, VPS for myself and standard for clients. My recent experiences with customer support have been horrible and I have not only been treated very rudely, I've had to resolve issues on my own. I no longer refer clients to r3esolution and I would not recommend them. I would have given them all 5 stars otherwise. The best thing about r3esolution at this point is that they have litespeed caching. The affiliate program is a scam, you can't sign up your own clients as an affiliate...but I didn't refer clients to them because of the affiliate money.

I really loved them. They managed verify me in minutes. They answered all my dumb-beginner questions nicely and timely. Even took time to guide me through WP installation through live-chat. Because of that, I managed to get my tes t site running in one day, not to mention the fact that I have no web development experience! Did not faced any reliability issues, the admin panel is very rich on features, have not tested all of them just yet, plus there are even more with upgraded plans. Highly recommend for beginners like me. Not sure about more advanced users though :)

Shared hosting is good but in contrast to PHP, Java/Spring Boot is very popular these days. The solution they have suggested me was moving my website to VPS to use these, so I did. VPS for me is a bit too complex so I hope that Ho stinger will have Java/Spring Boot in the future with their shared or at least cloud hosting plans, that would give me the better advantage. However, the service is really great, no other drawbacks :)
