We have engaged with Shinjiru for E-mail Hosting and Domain since 2019 and we found that they have upgraded their support tremendously by enabling Telegram support.
Our issues resolved promptly. We get to settle all IT issues related to the service provided, even without IT person from our company. Shinjiru conduct technical support via remote online control to resolved some issues. We appreciate the prompt and excellent customer service.
