It’s very user friendly and fun to use, there’s many add ons you can purchase such as better connection, more memory etc. The only thing I’m annoyed about is the lag and connection, but that’s mostly because I live on the other side of the world where this server is hosted on, and even that you have to realise that I’m running this server for only $2 per month, and it’s still MUCH better than the other websites. It's clear this company is clueless beyond the 'this is how you set things up' realm of running servers. We're going on almost two weeks with a Minecraft server and have nothing to show for it. They've given us the run-around abou...Read Moret how it's not them it's our jar file, even when I expressly told them that the jar we're using requires Java 8 and if there's a way for them to change that on their end. They closed the ticket. We opened another one. Few responses, got nowhere, they closed it. Opened one for a refund. 'It was your jar file that was bad.' Yes, but all of our files on Multicraft disappeared, something you also didn't address, so we can't replicate the issue and are getting nowhere. They closed the ticket.
Awful company. Awful customer service. I should have done my research before, because I would have seen the other numerous issues people were having with them and wouldn't have bought. Thankfully it wasn't a large amount of money and we'll move on to something much better. Anything more than a completely non-functioning server is better.Less

Excuse me? What do you mean only if we can't fix your problem? That is not a good practice man. Now I can't get into Multicraft because something is wrong. The ONLY way to upload your server is using a client through FileZilla which isn't listed. It's a big joke. Instead of working with me they kept forcing me to use their service. I'm extremely disappointed in this company and overall people.

Support is non-responsive and I have to restart my server once a day to keep it running. Their mobile/pe servers do NOT support Bedrock so you're stuck with having to use mods to have mobs spawn and there is no redstone support. i ordered a rust server and they took my money and never gave me a service at all, no log in nothing wont answer my tickets

I don't think so.The company is very good and I have 3 servers with them without any problem for 2 years.
I used theminecrafthositng in the past and I can say that they have very fast support. I had a 4GB for 6 months and never had a lag issue.
