Horrible billing practices. The website is convoluted and difficult to find anything. The whole system is a money grab for the owners NOT a legitimate service. Server did not even work when it finally came online. There are plenty of other server providers out there don't use this one!
I firmly believe things will always hit a pickle down the road, I've had 2 small issues so far and both were answered rapidl, properly and fixed through the support tickets. I am recommending this to everyone wishing to host a server and looking foward for more business with ZAP Hosting.

The servers here are affordable and meets expectations. It is made simple and easy to use. Errors are easy to troubleshoot with the help of their customer service.
Zap has very good customer service and their service is also good, some things could be changed and detailed more but overall they are a good place to rent/host a server from.
