What is the history of ? When did it all start?
Kod Hosting first started service in 2011. Then the company was closing. Then we started again in 2019 and we continue now. Kod Hosting continues to provide quality service with thousands of customers as before.
What are the products and services that is offering at the moment?
Kod Hosting, Virtual Server, VDS/VPS services. It provides IP Rental, Hosting, reseller hosting, physical servers, Server optimizations, mail services, license services, data center services, and many more.
We noticed that you are present on the Turkish market. What other markets are you present and focused on at the moment?
We actually serve our customers all over the world. We serve 30 different countries.
There are many different customers, ones who know their needs about hosting their websites, and others that don’t have a clue about hosting. What is your approach with both cases?
We do not distinguish any of our customers. It’s natural that people don’t know. Because the world is just getting acquainted with these technologies and people are trying to understand by experience. We support all our customers within minutes with our dozens of staff. We support everything we can.
Talking about customers, one of the most important things for a company is customer satisfaction. How is handling customer satisfaction?
Customer satisfaction is the most important in any industry. The more your customers appreciate you, the more quality work you do. For the satisfaction of our customers, we take strong campaigns, 24/7 support, understanding, and positive approaches no matter what.
Many companies are introducing cryptocurrency as a payment method. What is your opinion on this matter, and how is this affecting the hosting industry?
Yes, it is possible to see them frequently in the new world age. But in some countries, there are prohibitions on this subject. Turkey is one of them right now. It’s fine as long as it’s not banned. We need to keep up with the world and we need to predict the future.
