What were the challenges that the company faced back when it was just a start-up?

There were so many challenges early on. I think the biggest challenge we faced The most important thing for us was working globally at first, which was payment problems for us when we were in a country where many companies didn’t allow it or even blocked so it was hard to send/receive payments from outside countries, so at first it was difficult for us to take this step, but we were happy to be able to solve it even though this caused us a lot of economic damage at first.

What are the top products and services of Rajekar?

Currently Web Hosting, VPS, and Business Email also web design.

What is your approach with customers who don’t know anything about hosting? How are you handling this part so they can become loyal customers?

A shared server is a server that is shared among multiple users. This provides better value for money but it might not perform when you needed the most.

A dedicated server is a server that only has 1 user. The system resources are reserved and dedicated for you.

What new products and technologies Rajekar is interested in introducing to the customers soon?

We are working on a range of security services and a group of other hosting services while creating a market that fills a set of user needs to make it available to our users as soon as possible.

What would you say are the most important things to consider when creating a website?

Web hosting is a complex of functions and hardware features; thus, you need to understand some technical processes in order to find for a proper solution. The system is not complicated at all—you just have to keep in mind that the abundance of unlimited features awarded by a certain web host does not mean that their shared plan is exactly what you need. Of course, it would be great if you could just consult a webmaster who would explain what features you will need to read on to understand some key facts about shared hosting plans and choose a proper solution, also we as Rajekar are giving the best option to the customers and we will understand what the customers really want.

What do you think is the most important thing for one hosting provider?

We focus on customer feedback and satisfaction first. Our team discusses customer feedback (good or bad) every month. We develop new technology and products for customers based on user experience.

What are the new trends and technologies in the hosting industry that are expected in the following period?

The last few years have been interesting for the web hosting industry. We’ve seen many changes in technologies and trends, including an increase in cloud computing services and we are as

we are working hard to be in update always and always use and give the latest technology to our customers.

Where do you see Rajekar in the next 5 years?

We would be serving and providing more value to international clients. Apart from that, we would also have more server locations and so many more services.

Finally, do you have any advice or a message to share with the hosting community?

I would just say that consumers still value customer service and human interaction, having great technology is an important thing to have and a lot of resources should be expended on developing your technology, but don’t forget how to communicate with your customers along the way.
