Reliability

Strong Backbone but Poor Money Back Guarantee Period

The Virtual servers all come with 100% uptime SLA and a 7 day money back guarantee which isn’t the standard 30-day money back guarantee that we have come to see. In fact, 7 days is very small when you measure these guys up with the rest of the market. The servers all contain a control panel of your choice and email is secured by SSL / TLS encryption.

Features

Not Just For The Small Players, But Big Player Too

The starter package offers everything a person or small company needs to get their website off the ground. With the opportunity to get unlimited RAID space, bandwidth and even FTP and MySQL databases ASPnix make quite the tempting offer to small businesses. If its power you are offer than the high-end premium dedicated machines that come with 8GB of RAM, 1TB RAID10 drives and an Intel Quad Core Xeon platform on hand, these dedicated servers can cope with almost anything.

Support

Top Quality Support in Every Area

At first glance the support section looks incredible and we weren’t mistaken. You will find everything from ticket support, email, telephone, social channels, forums, knowledgebases and much more. They really do go to town.

Pricing

Cheap Hosting for Small Businesses

Starter hosting plan begin at $3 per month but you can make a little bit of a saving if you pay in advance for a 12-month plan, where it would cost you just $30 for the full year. If you need a bit more room and stronger features then the personal hosting or the portal hosting follow on from the starter plan and these come in at $7.77 per month and $15.77 per month respectively. If you end to whack feature sets and all the power and security you can shake a stick at, then the Business Hosting and the Windows Hosting + SSL are at the top of the pile weighing in at $19.75 per month and a straight annual payment of $162.43 for the Windows deal.

User-Friendly

Some Minor Issues But Solid Usability

ASPnix isn’t the best looking website in the world but neither is it the worst. We find that the usability comes somewhere in the middle. Even though you can clearly see each web hosting plan on offer it does take a few clicks for you to see exactly what is offered in each plan. On the plus side they do show you every little feature and tool you will get and the site as a whole is easy to navigate through.

Summary

An Ideal Hosting Partner For Small to Big

What can we say about ASPnix? The services offered the prices they have tagged to them and the customer service levels are incredible. There are a few minor niggles from usability in some areas and short money back guarantee period, but you can’t go wrong with giving them a shot.
