I signed up for ClubVPS and Kamatera for free trials. I signed up for ClubVPS first, only when I finished signing up for Kamatera that I knew that they are actually linked. How could I supposed to know this? They have different websites that do not mention each other. Then they sent me an email saying that they were going to terminated my accounts. Later on, they charged me for the VPSs that I used for the period of free trial (~35$). This is totally injust. So you should stay away from these scammers (ClubVPS and Kamatera).
All I have to say is shocking. Painful experience.
Support couldn't help me get my windows VPS working on my local machine a week later still!
They refuse to take responsibility and when I asked for a refund they claim they cannot give me one because there is nothing wrong on their side.
I'm one step short of going to the authorities about this, so just a warning to all those out there do not use them!
