I've been using Exigent Australia for VPS and Dedicated Server for over five years now. Over that time the service and hardware have been continually improved.
At any given time I have been running seven servers or more.
The tech support is prompt and often the response will go above the level of information and assistance that I would expect to receive considering I am supposed to manage my own servers.
Downtime has been almost non-existent.
A little while ago the company was bought out by Fluccs Australia and since then network upgrades have been dramatic and only served to even further improve the redundancy for any outages due to any potential routing issues.
Considering my business rests upon the reliability of their business I can assure you that I am very mindful of using upstream services that will not leave me with unsatisfied customers.
Over the last eleven years, as I have grown my business, I have been through many unhappy moments when moving from one failed service to another. Since moving to Exigent I have only had a few minor problems and these were over three years ago.
The new owner of the company even makes a point of making a personal phone call in advance when any maintenance is coming up and there is always plenty of lead time to allow me to make preparations for these very rare maintenance windows.
I can't recommend the current version of Exigent Australia enough.
I have had my web site hosted by Exigent for over three years and only had to open Support Tickets twice. Both issues were resolved the same day, the second one within an hour. Since your web site does not seem to be designed properly I have to pick the response "I don't know", as the only available under the question "Which service did you use with Exigent Australia?"
My experiences with Exigent Australia needs to be told and this is my Exigent Review. I was billed on a number of occasions for services that were already paid in full. The refund process is a nightmare and one refund I'm certain I'll never see. My Virtual Private Servers with Exigent were shut down with no prior warning. Exigent Phone Support is non-existent - They will not answer or return any phone messages. Don't believe me? Go ahead and try phoning them yourself. This is a short version of my experience with Exigent Australia. Look them up on Whirlpool and see the other nightmares people have had with these cowboys. Exigent have over 7 thousand Facebook Likes but No Post engagement! What's that tell you? Fake FB Likes People!! Stay away or Move away from them while you can!
I signed up with Exigent as I wanted an Australian based web hosting company. Looked good, signed up and after uploading my pages and images through Cpanel I had problems with the pages and images coming together. The upshot was that it was not going to work so requested a refund of startup fee. After some weeks I still have no refund. I ring up to leave messages and no one rings me back. My refund was promised within three working days and that was weeks ago. Still no refund. No return calls, and now I can't access the area to place another ticket as they have blocked that too. I would not recommend this company at all. I am down $101. Next I will move on to Consumer Affairs.
