I’ve never had such a horrible experience with a hosting provider as I’ve had with this company. My websites went down multiple times—both at the same time, which clearly points to a major failure on their hosting infrastructure. And what did they do? Nothing. Absolutely nothing helpful.
To make things worse, their system failed to save my database data, resulting in permanent loss of crucial data. This isn’t just a minor issue—this is business-critical data, gone forever. No backups, no responsibility, just scripted responses from support.
The support team is incompetent, slow, and careless. After reporting the issue multiple times, they continue to waste my time with no real solution, dragging the matter for days without a fix. It genuinely feels like they’re doing it on purpose because I told them I plan to leave—and I absolutely will.
If you value your data, uptime, and peace of mind, do NOT use this hosting. They are irresponsible, unreliable, and unprofessional. I’m moving all my accounts—and those of my entire team—away from this disaster of a provider.
Worst Hosting Experience Ever – False Promises, Zero Support!
I’m absolutely fed up with HostingSpell and their fake 24x7 support claim. I have raised multiple tickets, waited hours (sometimes even days), and still got no response. Their support system is completely dead — you can shout into the void and expect silence.
They promise daily automatic backups, but when it comes to actual recovery, they go completely silent. What’s worse? They don’t even enable WHM backup options properly, leaving customers helpless when disaster strikes. If they had simply enabled that feature, I could have handled the restore myself — but no, they make empty claims just to sell you the plan.
Their servers crash often, and my site — along with client data — was lost for over 2 days. And guess what? No compensation, no backup, not even a genuine apology. Just delay after delay, and support tickets sitting unanswered for hours — sometimes never getting resolved.
This is not a professional hosting company — it’s a cheap trap. If you’re thinking about going with HostingSpell, think again. Spend a little more and get actual peace of mind elsewhere.
Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy begging for support and watching your business suffer.

I’ve been with HostingSpell since 2018 and always thought they were great. But recently (around March 2025), things went really bad. Without even informing me, they changed some of my directory permissions to 000, saying I was using too much of their NVMe storage—even though I had a 30GB plan and wasn’t over the limit.
Because of that, I lost access to my backups and couldn’t even read or download them. It was really frustrating and disappointing. I had referred over 15 people to HostingSpell in the past, but now, honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Really sad to see this happen.
