They seem to have done a great job building up their reputation for being one of the most reliable hosting companies around. They offer cloud hosting for most of their customers, but also have VPS and dedicated solutions for those who prefer that. The company really seems to make it a priority to provide their customers with the exact services that they want.

The ‘catch phrase’ of this company is ‘reliable hosting’ and they seem to live up to that promise. Oddly, I did not see any type of actual uptime guarantee though. Given their high quality hardware, great data centers, quality tech support and overall reputation, however, this should not be too much of a concern. They will undoubtedly provide you with a very reliable hosting experience.

The first thing you’ll notice when looking through their site is that they seem to focus on high end hardware. They call them ‘Bare Metal’ servers, which are very reliable and fast. They have the option for SSD drives and are very flexible with the exact features you need.
If you go with a dedicated server, you can customize it with exactly what you need, though they do have a lot of packages to choose from so that may not be necessary. You can also choose where you want your server located, which is a nice perk.
The cloud hosting solutions are all top of the line and are very fast when it comes to loading your page. They are generous with the hardware specs as well.
There are some limitations on things like disk space and bandwidth, but they are high enough that it won’t likely be an issue for most customers. It is something that you should be aware of, however, depending on the type of site you are going to be running.

This company seems to know that you can’t have truly reliable hosting without great 24/7 tech support. It is not 100% clear where their IT team is located, so that could be a concern for some customers, but there aren’t any complaints that I have found from their customers so it is not likely to be a big problem.

The prices are surprisingly low. That is not to say they are cheap, because they aren’t. When you compare the level of hardware and other features you’re getting with what other companies offer for a similar price, however, you will see that the prices are extremely affordable. That being said, if you don’t need this level of hosting, such as for a personal blog or something, this company may be ‘over kill’.
