To reinstall a new OS, the VPS will need about several hours to go alive again, and after login to the VPS, the performance is very bad, check the performance by sysbench, and found the CPU speed is just 11.7, their VPS management website's ssl certificate has expired for several days, and has not fixed yet. It's dead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
