This hosting is totally a fraud. I bought Master plan for playing with it. Everything seems to be ok for start. After 6 months nothing was working. The packet still shows active but i cannot use not even one service of them. They did not reply to my ticket.
I have a reseller account on onecloudy.net but I am unable to add and manage any reseller package/plan. It is so complicated to use your panel, also I have opened support ticket but no reply. Please refund my money. I do not need your bad service.
I bought the so-called lifetime Resellers cloud server from OneCloud, since the day I bought it, I never get the server online, even for once.
I doubt they're buying from other vendors because for every couple of months, they will send you an Email, inform you that they have updated your server details, which in fact was just a change of server login information.
When you try to login to the cPanel of your server, it just said 'Action Failed Unable to auto-login. Please contact support.', then you submit a ticket, and never got answered!!!
I would like to give OneCloudy a -10 if I could. Just never use it, you will lose your money, and get nothing but anger!
PS: just tried to log in my server from the user panel, the same 'something wrong' happened again after 45 seconds loading, funny!

I've been in the web hosting business for more than 6 Years and tested a lot of different providers. I'm moving all of my sites to Onecloudy. Great support and speed servers.
I buy 1 hosting and one reseller at onecloudy from 08.2016. After one week, my hosting die, at first time, they still support and said: Change server...It ok. But, in that month, server change about 4 times and my data gone.
I tried contact to support with email or live chat. And nothing response. Spam mail still working with discount so much, but no response about my hosting gone.
So, i think they use fraud credit card and buy some vps for monthly, and they scam our money.
We not doing any scam. As we said we changed Some old Germany server to U.S.A and we have already announced that via mail. If you can not access to your cpanel please submit support ticket. we are always there to help you
I bought "Reseller Master" plan. I can't use it. Sometimes down or suspended or my host CP changed regularly. I also bought "One Master" and "Life Master" plans that have above problems. This host looks like grade 3 Chinese product.
