They also allocate you server resources for your hosting, much like a VPS, which can help provide a more stable environment.
When you go to the hosting page you will see that they offer four different options, each with a very clear list of features. The entry level option gives you 2 gigs of disk space, 20 email accounts, 20 MySQL databases, free setup, daily backups and cPanel. For the highest end option you get 30 gigs of disk space and unlimited everything else, which is nice. All their packages have unlimited bandwidth.
There really isn’t much else to say about their features other than that they do offer a good package for a fair price.
Their tech support teams are there 24/7 through their ticketing system. They also offer nice video tutorials for learning how to do things and setting your site up properly. Their knowledgebase also contains a lot of useful information to help people get going on the web.
The pricing is in the South African Rand. It starts at 49 per month, which is a little over $3 per month. For the highest end option you’ll be paying 299 Rand a month, which is just under $20. For what you’re getting, these are pretty reasonable prices. Certainly not the most expensive out there, and also not the cheapest.
Overall this is a very nice shared hosting company. They aren’t for high end sites or anything, but if you just want to run a site without any trouble, they can meet your needs. Most people will be very happy with the level of service they provide, especially if there is no need to upgrade to a higher end hosting platform in the future.
