An entire week, Everything down, no support, nobody there.
An entire week, everything is down, All my websites, MY WHM are gone. Nobody replies to support, Nobody answers the phone, Nobody replies to any email
...s. It's like they are dead. I'm getting out of there. This is totally discusting behavior, None of my sites have anything wrong..
This is totally unacceptable.. On their website it says all servers are up and running with no problems. Don't believe it a minute.
I would never trust a company that does not take care of their customers. this is Terrible behaviour
The worst is that i just finished designing a website for a clients and now because of their incompetent behaviour, i'll have to redo the job all over again.
i am so angry right now, there are no words for it..
