Openhost / Webdrive was purchased by Umbrellar and since then has gone very much down hill. As a web developer, I hosted around 280 domains with Open...
host. In September 2020, they forced us onto a new platform which is utterly unusable, unstable and unreliable. Support is none existent. Keep looking for a hosting/domain provider outside of the Umbrellar group if you want reliability and a little support.
