Less Price but great power
I have been using ProfitServer for my development projects for a few months now, and I want to share my honest experience. Finding a reliable, budget-...
friendly Virtual Private Server (VPS) with total flexibility is tough, but this provider genuinely hits the sweet spot for my specific technical needs. What first caught my attention was the freedom in configuration. Instead of locking me into a rigid tier, the platform lets me dynamically adjust my CPU cores, RAM allocations, and SSD storage space. Having full root access right out of the gate is fantastic. I have deployed several custom Linux ISO distributions and a Windows Server environment without running into any compatibility roadblocks. Performance-world has been remarkably stable. Despite their paperwork listing a 99.8% uptime guarantee—which admittedly looks lower than the standard 99.9% market baseline—I have encountered zero unexpected downtime. The enterprise-grade solid-state drives supply excellent data transfer speeds. Additionally, knowing that automated weekly data backups and real-time network DDoS protection are working silently in the background gives me immense peace of mind. The network footprint is another massive advantage. I can deploy instances across key global connectivity hubs like Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Singapore, and Los Angeles depending on where I need low latency. Managing my instances through standard control panels is entirely intuitive. However, it is not flawless. The lack of a deep, public self-help documentation database is annoying when I want to quickly troubleshoot minor configuration errors myself. The platform is definitely built for experienced sysadmins rather than absolute beginners looking for basic, shared local hosting. Ultimately, if you need highly scalable KVM virtualization and international deployment flexibility at rock-bottom prices, I highly recommend giving them a shot. It has easily become my go-to sandbox and production environment.

Site5 has some suspect policies and I was charged after setting my account to not renew. Of course, they say I'm not eligible for a refund per ttheir...
policies. Besides heavily increasing prices, the reason I was moving was they did not want to update PHP version unless I paid even more money. Since they used the recurring payment type, it seems I'm just out the money they just took from me.
