Terrible crisis management
I opened an account in 2025, and generally haven't required much assistance; the important thing is that my sites and services are online. Now, at the end of April 2026, the system has been down for more than five days, and I'm not getting any support or answers. They say there's a cPanel security breach, which they say can be fixed with patches, but I've been without service for days. I'm completely disappointed.

I do not recommend this web hosting provider. I purchased a Master Reseller hosting package and it was delivered incomplete.

Their technical support is terrible; they don't respond to requests. Live chat is nonexistent. Their agents' responses are all the same, and they offer no solutions to problems.

I made a mistake buying a $40 service from this provider without first researching all the bad reviews they have.

I’m satisfied and would recommend MDMHost.
Support team is friendly and responds on time. IPs are clean and I haven’t faced blacklist problems. Pricing is reasonable for the service. Overall, I’m satisfied and would recommend MDMHost.

These guys are doing an amazing job!
As a professional marketing agency, we’ve tried many hosting providers, and so far MDMHost has been one of the best. This time, we were migrating over 20 websites from our old server. They handled 10 sites cPanel to cPanel, but what we appreciated most was their help with the rest.
Carlo and Roy patiently assisted with the migration of more than 10 other sites, and we’re really grateful for that. These guys are doing an amazing job!

Their support is super fast
I recently moved my websites from GoDaddy, and honestly the difference is huge. The migration was completely stress-free because the MDMHost support team handled everything for me. Their support is super fast, actually helpful, and they don’t treat you like just another ticket. On top of that, my websites are now loading noticeably faster and overall performance feels much better.
